The La Ferte Saint Aubin castle

Unlike many of the castles of the Loire Valley, everything here is accessible to any visit. No cord separates you from the decor, you are free to approach and touch the curtains and the various items of furniture.

The owners welcome you as their guests and let you organize your visit freely. No specific route in the tour, you will be your only guide to exploring this unusual place.

Besides the interior fully furnished, the castle of La Ferte Saint Aubin reconstructs various scenes of life in the past. So you will have the opportunity to discover a grocery store and a Post office,or the attic full of toys in the orangery.

In summer, guests can picnic on the lawns of the castle, between the mini-farm and the many outdoor wood games available to visitors.
